With the most up to date features built in to the house you can expect every luxury when you stay. We only let one bedroom that sleeps 2 adults in a double bed with a fold down bed for children. Your room is fully equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, high definition satellite TV, DVD and video. Underfloor heating with a wireless remote for your comfort. If you have your horses staying with you, their stables and paddock are outside the bedroom window.

Your en-suite bathroom has everything that you could need after a hard days sightseeing or riding. Either relax in a steaming hot bath or experience an invigorating power shower and don't even worry about the costs. We have installed solar panels that provide all the hot water that you could need. With the added benefit of underfloor heating, you can dry from the feet up!!

Guests have free use of the family room in the evenings, with a 37" HD plasma TV, and for breakfast in the mornings.

Start with cereal of fruit juice, followed by a full Scottish breakfast that will set you up for the forthcoming day, accompanied with tea, coffee, croissants, toast and preserves.

Anyone with special dietary requirments can be catered for with prior arrangement.

Free broadband Wi-fi for all guests for the duration of their stay.
